Pasquena (Pat) J. Yoakum, 89, of Oklahoma City died on Tuesday November 14, 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born August 1, 1928 in Fowler Village, Illinois to Gresham Robert Holton and Eva Mae Lindsey. She grew up in Antlers, Ok and graduated from Antlers High School. She married Richard Reeder in July 1947 and had three children. She was a devoted housewife and loving mother while raising her three children. Upon the death of Richard, she went to work at Moore Public Schools where she met Harold Yoakum. He swept her off her feet and they married in March 1982. 35 wonderful years of marriage. She was a strong, generous and loving wife. She loved the Lord and enjoyed listening to spiritual music, reading books and keeping up with her grandchildren. Pasquena was preceded in death by her parents, GR and Eva, her two sons (Dick and Mike) and her sister (JoAnn). She is survived by her husband Harold Yoakum, her daughter and son-in-law (Pam and Tony), her step-daughter and husband (Sherri and Marty) and step-son (Wayne), six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister (Judy), two brothers (GR and Ronnie) and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Crystal and Kaitlynn for being such wonderful Caregivers to Pasquena these last few months.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday November 17, 2017 in The Chapel at Resthaven.
