Sue & Karen - I'm saddened to hear that Noel has passed away recently. He is a very sweet, gentle, acknowledgeable, good share laughter and humble man in the neighborhood.
Sue – Noel has very good long life, lots of love and blessing to be with you for 60-years! He will be missed to all family and friends!
