V. Joan Taylor of Edmond, OK passed away Tuesday October 17, 2017.  Services will be held Friday October 20, 2017 at 2pm, in The Chapel at Resthaven.  She was born September 14, 1934 to Roy and Lucille Simmons in Bartlesville, OK.  She was a retired bookkeeper.
Joan was a selfless, giving individual, and loved by all.
Joan is survived by her children, Deborah Waltzer and husband Harold, and Carl Taylor, two granddaughters, six great-granddaughters, one great-great grandson; sister, Janie Eddleman; brothers, Bob Simmons and wife Betty, Roy Simmons and wife Jane; and a host of extended family and friends.
Joan will be missed but never forgotten.
