When I was four years old my family, Alfred, Billie, Barbara and Marilyn Thompson; Dorothy was born the week we moved in, moved to a home off Rockwell. Our next door neighbors were the Gouchers. Clyde and I played together a lot. I was into dolls big time and he was not so that did limit our playing some. Clyde was my very first boyfriend, at least as much as a five-year old can have a boyfriend.
We moved when I was six, when I was ten Dorothy and I got to spend some time at the farmhouse. We had a great time exploring with Clyde and Cindy.
Thelma was always very kind and sweet to us. Mother and I phoned her a long time ago and we shared memories.
I have always had a lot of wonderful memories of Thelma and have often wished to see her again. I am happy her life was good.
I am sorry for your loss and my prayers are with the family.
