Steven (Steve) Lynn Dannehl, 64, husband of Johna Roberta (Robbie), passed away in Oklahoma City on Friday, February 19.
He was born in Okarche, OK, son of George Dannehl and the late Doris Dannehl. Steve was raised in Piedmont, OK before spending his graduation year of High School in Norman. He spent the better part of his life in Norman raising his family. Steve was a hard working and dedicated employee. He picked up the family trade of farming at an early age before spending over 30 years working with his father at Entek Corporation and the past 10 years with the University of Oklahoma.
Steven was a loving husband to his wife of 46 years. He was a dedicated father who made time for his son’s endless hobbies, especially those involving any kind of mechanical craft. He spent free time enjoying hunting and fishing alongside family and friends. When unable to visit his grandchildren, he took great pride sharing stories, videos, and pictures of his two grandchildren.
In addition to his father and wife, Steven is survived by his son, Mark (Tara); grandchildren, Trevor and Clark, sister Brenda (Phillip Graham).
Service will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home (500 SW 104th St
Oklahoma City, OK 73139) on February 25, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
