Shirley Ann (Iske) Wilkie

Shirley Ann (Iske) Wilkie passed away on May 12, 2019.
She was born November 28, 1934 in Wewoka, OK, to Viola Myrtle and A.P. “Pete” Iske.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 41 years, Bob Wilkie, and two daughters, Marla Dahl and husband Ron, and Kerry Beard and husband Jimmy; four grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, Ryan Lujan, wife Nikki and son Destry, Kim Peffer, husband Clayton and daughters Berkley and Tayte, Alicia Knecht, husband Randy and sons Ty and Trey, and Karlie Scharrer, husband Brandon, and children, Kinley, Evyn, and Reid.
She is predeceased by her parents and (1) sister, Charlene Lane.
She was a cheerleader, Trail Queen, and on the swim team at Norman High School. She graduated from OU with a secretarial degree. After marrying, she lived in OKC until moving to Bethany in 1962. She worked as a Land Secretary for many years.
Shirley enjoyed sewing, needlework, crafts and making porcelain dolls.
She married Bob Wilkie December 17, 1977 and they lived part of their married life in Wichita, KS, before moving back to Bethany, for their permanent residence.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, 500 SW 104 St. Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
