Sharon is finally “OK” again. She has finally reached Heaven reunited with her oldest granddaughter Alyssa! Grandma has Alyssa wrapped in her arms! Now Alyssa is dancing for grandma also Sharon has arrived where there are “no” tears, pain or suffering… Sharon was born 20th of March 1954 in Ticonderoga, NY to Rodney and Viola Butler. She is survived by her husband Randy of 41 years; three children, Angela, Randall and Shawna. Along with six precious grandchildren Zachary and fiancée Kaitlynn, Alyssa, Madison, Rylie, Natalie and Dean (Alyssa may have left physically, but she remained with Sharon in Grandma’s heart and through precious memories); one great grandson Fisher; two son in laws, Brad and Rustie; and one daughter in law Rachel; brother, Steve Butler and family; sister, Sandy Butler, Brother in law Butch and family; many many friends, co-workers at Tinker, and her Patriot Guard Rider family. Sharon leaves many memories but the most important one would be to always tell those you love “I love you”. She never ended a conversation or a goodbye without saying those three words to the special and loved ones in her life… “I AM OK” were three other words used often by her until Alyssa Dawn was taken from us. The family will greet friends and family on Thursday, February 16th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services to celebrate Sharon’s life will be held at The Chapel at Resthaven on Friday, February 17th, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Services will be under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home and Memory Gardens 500 SW 104th St. Oklahoma City, OK.
