Ruben H. Lee

Ruben Howard Lee of Alex, OK passed away unexpectedly on February 17th, 2021 at his home at the age of 74. He was born in Turlock, CA, and was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Lee.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, children Mykeldavid, Shannon, Christina and bonus son, Ryan; grandchildren, Eshan, KateLynn, Draven, Neo and Nevin; mother Polly; 5 sisters, 4 brothers, countless other family members and 2 fur babies.

Ruben was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the United States Navy from 1968-1972, transferring to the reserves until 1989. He graduated from Southwest Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree.

He was a kind and loving husband and amazing father. He was the oldest child and mentored his siblings, friends and students.

As an avid Beatles, motorcycle and TV fan, he also loved eating popsicles and M&M’s. Most of all, he loved spending time with family.

A viewing will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home located at 500 SW 104th. St in Oklahoma City, OK on Monday, February 22nd from 11am-6pm.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2pm on Monday, March 1st at The Arapaho Methodist Church, located at 800 Main St. Arapaho, OK 73620.
