Rita L. Miller

Rita Lee (Houlihan) Miller born March 3, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri, she went to be with the lord on June 23, 2022.
Rita always like to be doing things, when she was in her 50’s, Rita received her BS from Central State University in Edmond ok. She also worked for 28 years at Tinker Air-Force Base.
While at Tinker she met her husband Phillip Lee Miller, who she was married to for 42 years. Rita was an active volunteer in many areas. She volunteered at Norman regional hospital for 15 years and helped many to read and write while she was at Tinker. Rita also liked to travel whether by sea or land from coast to coast and often traveled abroad from Europe to the Caribbean’s.
Rita is survived by her Husband Phillip Miller, her Daughter Janet Hyden, brother Joseph Houlihan, 4 step children, David Miller married to Vivian( Faulkner) Miller, Deborah J Miller, Brenda (Miller)McDonald married to Thomas McDonald, Mary (Miller) Gaudin and several grandchildren and Great grandchildren. Rita is preceded in death by her parents Joseph Blaine and Marguerite (Berrian) Houlihan.
Rita will be missed by many for her laughter, smiles and caring loving ways.
