Richard Towell

Richard Dale Towell entered the gates roaring BOOMER SOONER on September 14, 2021. He was born on April 8, 1953 in Oklahoma City, OK to Dale Towell and Wanda Moore Jenkins and "Pops" Buster Jenkins.
He attended western Heights High School and proceeded a career as a fire fighter. He had a passion for all things outdoors. He loved his Halloweens, Oklahoma Sooners, Oklahoma City Thunder and his Double Stuff Oreos.
He leaves behind his loving wife Barbara seven children Christa, Carey, Richi, Cannon, Christopher, James and Abbey along with three son-in-laws Andrew, Fredrick, and Maurice. His six grandchildren Daniel, Alec, Cayla, DJ, Averi and Andi as well as four great grandchildren Drake, Kaysen, Emma and Kallum. He also leaves behind five brothers Steve, Marshall, Kenneth, Mark and Jim and five sisters Antonie, Virginia, Skylene, Jennifer and Pam, and numerous nieces and nephews.
His humor, pranks and loving heart will be dearly missed by all.
