After 65 years of a life well lived, Richard "Rick" Isbell, Jr. passed away in Oklahoma City, OK on October 10, 2018. He was born on July 13, 1953 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Richard and Wilma Isbell. A celebration of Rick's life will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Noble (330 E. Chestnut Nobel, OK) Rick will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK.
