Reginald Alford Jr.

November 28, 1993 ~ March 22, 2023 (age 29) 29 Years Old

Tribute

Reginald Lamond Alford, Jr., known as “Man” to some as “Reggie” to others, was born November 28, 1993 to Latrece Hill and Reginald L. Alford, Sr.

Reggie was born in Oklahoma City and attended PC West. During his high school and elementary years, he played football and basketball. Staying busy was his thing! He was outgoing, fun and loving. Reggie always had the warmest smile. He was very caring and was always extending himself to those in need.

After high school, he was accepted at OSU-Stillwater. Reggie said college wasn’t structured enough and was too much fun! (LOL!) So he decided to enlist into the United States Army. He quickly exceeded all expectations. He had his fair share of jumping out of airplanes, driving tanks and training other soldiers to Alley Dock. He traveled to South Korea and Italy during his time in the military. He was a great leader of soldiers and many people admired his gifts.

Reggie truly impacted a lot of peoples’ hearts during his short time here on Earth. He was on the front line for his country and the first in line to help his family. His graceful mannerism and warm welcoming, gentle spirit will be tremendously missed. He will always be forever in our hearts.

Reggie was preceded in passing by his father, Reginald L. Alford, Sr.; grandmother, Barbara Jean Hill; grandfather, Eugene Hill; grandmother, Sara Alford; and his grandfather, James Alford.

He is survived by his mother, Latrece Hill; brother, Tyheid Alford; sisters, Lan’Neisha Alford and Nachelle Alford; aunt, Rolanda Rawls; nephew, Isaiah Kirkendall; close cousins, Doche Hudson, Trevez Alford, Zariah Smith, and Aaron Smith; Reggie is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends who will all miss him dearly.
