Pearl M Scott

Pearl Mae Scott went to heaven on May 8, 2019. She was born in Mulhall, OK, on April 28, 1933, to John and Mazie Cook. She married Robert Ditch on November 6, 1949, and had 5 children, then married Thomas Scott on March 2, 1970, and had one child.

Pearl was happy and content with spending her days as a housewife. She enjoyed cleaning the house, cooking, talking on the phone with her daughters and sisters and most of all waiting for Tom to come home from work. They spent a lot of time enjoying sitting outside on the patio and sharing each other’s days. Pearl loved holidays, especially Christmas. She would start in November! Pearl also loved going on vacation with John and Sandy. She enjoyed her vacation and was looking forward to going again. Pearl took pride in her yardwork and making flower beds. She loved her grandkids.

Pearl is proceeded in death by her parents, John and Mazie Cook; her brother, James L Cook; her husband, Thomas Scott; one son, Donald Scott; one grandson, Shane L Ditch; and one great-grandson, Shane A Ditch.

She is survived by her brother, Willie Cook Sr. of Crescent, OK; her sisters, Rose Hartman, Delores McComas, and Wanda White, all of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her son, John Ditch and wife, Sandy of Newalla, OK; daughter, Sharon Vasek and husband, Kenney, of Perry, OK; daughter, Teresa Flora and husband, Mike of Midwest City, OK; son, Hugh JW Scott and wife, Becky, of Marshall, OK, and son, Tom Scott Jr. of OKC.

Pearl had 17 grandkids, 42 great-grandkids, and three great-great grandkids.
