Patty Kay McKee

Patty Kay McKee passed from this life July 12, 2020. She was born December 18, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Walter Lloyd Calhoun and Lola Dean Calhoun Fleming (Strickland).
Patty worked as the manager of Mass Marketing with Globe Insurance, ultimately retiring from there after several years of service. Patty absolutely loved the casino and her favorite way to spend downtime was visiting Newcastle Casino. In addition, she enjoyed playing bingo, loved watching the Hallmark channel, and especially enjoyed watching her favorite character, George, on the movie Rampage.
Patty was preceded in passing by her parents, Walter Lloyd Calhoun and Lola Dean Calhoun Fleming; loving husband, Donald Gene McKee, Sr.; and granddaughter, Riah Janae Thomas.
Those left to continue her legacy include her son, Donald Gene McKee, Jr.; daughter, Jannie McKee and Daryl Williams; brothers, Jerry Calhoun and Curtis Gilbert and Darla; sisters, Sylvia Carter, Shirley Calhoun and Jerry Sherrill, and Carol Farley; grandchildren, Brandon McKee, Tanika McKee, and Kirsten McKee; and great-grandchild, Exavion McKee. Patty is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends.
Visitation for Patty is 2:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are 10:00am, Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the Chapel at Resthaven. Condolences may be shared at www.ResthavenOKC.com.
