Mikie Roger Gray

Mikie Roger Gray passed from this life January 25, 2021, in Oklahoma City. He was born May 24, 1948, in Oklahoma City to Fearl Ivan Gray and Velma Marie Gray (Rodgers). 

Mikie proudly served his country in the United States Army where he was a part of the 101st Airborne Rangers. After his service in the military, Mikie helped at the family business, Gray Brothers Wrecker Service. He later joined the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) union and was a member of local chapter 1141. He was an electrician during all of his career life and ultimately retired from there. 

He was preceded in passing by his parents, Fearl and Velma Gray; and brothers, Ivan Lee Gray and Fearl Owen Gray. 

Those left to continue his legacy include his loving wife of 23 years, Susan Selby; children, Fearl Lee Gray and wife Jennifer, Michael Gray, David Selby, Bill Selby, and Connie Jester and husband Todd; grandchildren, Holly Davidson, Gage Gray, Stephanie Lee, Christopher Selby, Allison Jester, Lily Selby, Drake Selby, Silus Patton; great-grandchild, Ayden Turk; and three friends who were more like brothers to Mikie, Randy Bailey, Kenneth Dye, and Frank Mendonca. 

Visitation is 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are 2:00pm, Monday, February 1, 2021, at the Chapel at Resthaven. Condolences may be shared at www.ResthavenOKC.com.
