Marvin Witt

Marvin Dale Witt was born on February 19, 1940 in Colony, Oklahoma to Ira and Edyth Witt. He married Lorene Barnett on December 5 in 1958. Marvin spent several years working construction and serving in the Air National Guard before he began working for the Oklahoma City Fire Department. After 20 years of service to the fire department he retired and started his own home improvement business Air-Lite Aluminum Products. Throughout the years Marvin shared his knowledge of construction and carpentry with many including his sons, son-in-law, and grandsons.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Lorene Witt of the home; two sons Rick Witt and wife Anita of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Darrell Witt and wife Ladonna of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and one daughter Treva Warcup and husband Ron of Yukon, Oklahoma. Grandchildren include Jarod Witt and wife Cathleen of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Blake Warcup and wife Jessica of Mustang, Oklahoma, Braden Warcup and wife Allison of Tuttle, Oklahoma, Michelle Gill and husband David of Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Devon Witt of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jessica and Amanda Witt of Tuttle, Oklahoma. In addition 7 Great Grandsons. He is preceded in death by a grandson Matthew Witt of Tuttle Oklahoma, and his parents Ira and Edyth Witt of Oklahoma City, OK.
Marvin died peacefully on May 2, 2018 in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 78.
