OU super fan and beloved husband Larry D Ratliff passed away on January 20, 2022 at the age of 77 after a courageous battle with COVID-19, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
Larry joined the army in May of 1969 where he was discharged with a National defense service medal and went on to completed his Bachelor’s degree at The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
In 1992 he met his beloved wife Margaret, where they later married and blended their unique families together seamlessly.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Larry. He loved grilling out and dedicating time to his love of ALL OU sporting events.
He had an uncanny ability to find happiness in his daily activities. His smile and jokes were contagious to everyone he met. He will be greatly missed.
Larry is survived by his wife, Margaret; two daughters Lori and Rebecca, step-daughters Krista and Karen and stepson John; two brothers Alvin and Wayne; and many grand children, great grand children and a number of nieces and nephews.
Proceeded in death by his Mother Georgia, father William and his step son Henry T.
The funeral service is scheduled for 2 pm on January 27, 2022 at the RestHaven Funeral Home at 500 SW 104th St
Oklahoma City, OK in the chapel with a military graveside service to follow.

Visitation will be held Wednesday January 26 from 4-8 pm at the RestHaven Funeral Home.
