Kenneth Spencer

Kenneth Ray Spencer, Sr., 74, died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at home after a short fight with cancer. He was born March 5, 1944 to Barney Wayne and Ollie Oleta Spencer in Lindsay, OK. On January 12, 1977, Ken married Rosalie Ann Spencer and together they had four children. During his life, Ken resided in Lindsay, Norman, and Oklahoma City before making his home in Newalla in 1989. Ken was a member of America Bass Angler for 6 years, Thunderbird Wednesday Night League for over 20 years, New Horizon Home Owners Association for 30 years where he served as President, and United Auto Worker, Local 1999 since 1978.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruby Price and husband Roy; brother, Mike Spencer; and granddaughter, Saige Elizabeth Vail.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: wife of 41 years, Rosalie A. Spencer; son, Kenny Spencer Jr, and his children Josiah, Justin, and Reed Spencer; son, Darrell Spencer and wife Jill, and their children Christian, Jackson, Jared, and Daniel Spencer; daughter, Melody Watral and husband Mark, and their son, Reagan McKinney Watral; and daughter, Misty Endriss and husband Mark, and their daughter Aspen Mori Endriss; brothers, Floyd Spencer and Bennie Spencer; sister, Judith Spencer; brother in law, Terry Lee McKinney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial ceremony will be held 2pm Saturday, April 28 at Pink Baptist Church, 30269 HWY 9, Tecumseh, OK 74843, with inurnment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City.
