We are sad to learn of Kathy's passing. We remember our years as neighbors in Kingspark with fondness. May your memories bring you comfort and may God wrap his loving arms around you and give you strength. In God's Love , Mike and Lisa Finley

Julie, I'm very sorry for you loss. Losing your parent has such a profound affect, they brought you into this world and they have known you your entire life. It's strange when they are no longer here but she will always be in your heart. Philippians 4:8 reminds us, as belivers, to think about things that are true, noble, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy. Keep your eyes on Jesus and and rest in Him. I love you Julie.

Our church 1st Baptist of Moore owes two ministries start-up to Kathy. Robin was one of the first members of the Special Needs ministry. Kathy worked hours upon hours to establish/create the resource room for the for the church's Preschool Ministry. Kathy
made it easy for preschool teachers to be successful in the classroom by providing
teaching games, supplies, and training on resources to allow every teacher to be a
wonder teacher. Therefor; the church had a superior preschool ministry team.
That continues today - she gave the church a foundational legacy that still is a happy
teaching ministry.
On a personal note her knowledge of activities for preschoolers made it easy for
me, a new Preschool Director to learn - I had an enormous challenge adapting to
being a Preschool Leader vs a children's teacher. She opened my eyes to all that
loving adults could do to deposit the love of Jesus in young lives! I am very grateful
that our paths crossed to serve God and teach the truth of our great creator, God.
with love, joy and hope,
Deanna Field
