Joseph Raymond Davis

Joseph Raymond Davis, 25, was born on August 26, 1997 beloved son of Angela K. Ellis and Preston A. Davis in Palm Springs, CA. He went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2023.

While Joseph lived a short time on this earth, his soul will continue living on through his family and friends. Joseph was a devoted brother to Paige, Layla, Brody, Tyler and Carissa. He also adored his now one-year-old niece, Lakelee Rae Abrams.

He is survived by his father, Preston Davis and wife, Riann; mother, Angela Ellis and husband, Jeff; grandparents, Joyce and Harvey Davis, Denise Higgins, Larry Higgins; uncle, Ryan Higgins; aunts, Sherri Andrade and Deidre Livengood Smith; numerous other friends and family members. Those who knew Joe were all aware of his loving personality, unique outlook on life, and desire to please and help each and every person he met.

“Something will remind us, we never know just when... It might be something someone says, and it will all come back again. The times we spent together: the happiness and the fun - once again we will feel the pain of life without our son. It’s said that time’s a healer. We’re not sure this is true. There’s not a day that goes by Son that we won’t cry for you.”

A celebration of Joseph’s life will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Resthaven Funeral Home in Oklahoma City, OK.
