Jo Ann Ritchie entered her heavenly home on December 30, 2020 in Oklahoma City. She was born November 4, 1927 in Oklahoma City to Gillen and Trella Hallmark.
Jo Ann grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Capitol Hill School. She was a long-time member of Capitol Hill United Methodist Church. She also volunteered at Southwest hospital.
Jo Ann enjoyed square dancing, reading, ceramics, and needlepoint.
She was preceded in passing by her loving husband, John Ritchie; daughter, Gail Fife; sisters, Margaret Ewing and Phyllis Smith; half-brother, Craig Hallmark; son-in-law, Deryl Fife and son-in-law Robert Brooks.
Those left to continue her legacy include her daughter, Donna Brooks; grandchildren, Chris Brooks and Michelle, Alisha Klein and Michael, Matthew Brooks and Rakel, Paula Davis and Sean, Cheryl Carr and Yerbie, and Vinita Yates and Joe; great-grandchildren, Ryan Brooks, Hailey Brooks, Karley Brooks, Alex Klein, Logan Fowler, Morgan Fowler, Paige Davis, Hunter Davis, Ryan Rubio, Hailey Gazaway, Josh Smith, Johnathan Smith, and Jordyn Smith; and 1 great great grandson, Charlie Gazaway. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are 10:00am, Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the Chapel at Resthaven. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
