Helen Passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born January 6, 1947 in Pickens, Arkansas to Elder and Estella (Walker) Vaughn.
She attended Anna Labor Burdick High School and Vocational High School in Washington DC. Kaplan University and Willford Academy of Hair and Beauty Culture. Helen had many achievements, Deans List, Certified Hair Beautician, Presidents List, and Bachelors in Child Psychology.
Helen was preceded in death by her grandmother, Alberta Jackson. Uncle, Alfred Jackson. A host of late aunts.
She is survived by her children, Carl M. Howard Sr., Kevin M. Howard Sr., Burle Uzzle and Sadaka Howard. Uncle, Solomon Jackson. Aunts, Mattie Foust. Dearest friends, Angie Sangas, Renee Mathews, Connie Wade, and Marlene Mcgee. Numerous family and friends.
