H T Whitfield

H. T. Whitfield was born July 2, 1927 In Wayne, Oklahoma to Hugh and Beulah Whitfield. He passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 92 ¾ years old. He worked at Wilson’s Foods for 49 ½ years. He was a good and faithful servant. H.T. was a member of the Penn Ave Baptist Church for many years. He was a quiet man with a heart for everyone. H.T. was married to the love of his life Dessie Lee Watts for 74 ½ years. From this marriage, he had a daughter, Evadean (Elmer) Davis and son, Alan. He had four grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great great grandson. H.T. was also survived by his sister, Hazel Yoakum and brother, Max. And many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 24, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
