January 14, 2018 brought to a close 79 years of a life well lived for Frances Louise Kuhlman. She was born July 11, 1938 to Velma and Charley Richardson in Oklahoma City. Frances worked for OPUBCO as a Press Room Secretary. She was an award winning quilter, some of which will be on display at her Life Celebration. Services to celebrate Frances' life will be 2:00pm Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in The Chapel at Resthaven. Viewing will be from 5-7pm Monday, January 15, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
