Erica Renee Johnson

Erica Renee Johnson passed from this life far too soon on October 16, 2021 at the age of 38 in Oklahoma City. She was born September 7, 1983 in Oklahoma City to David Ronnie Johnson and Josephine Frances Johnson (Fuller).
Erica grew up in Plantation, Florida and attended high school at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. After high school, Erica moved to California with her family and spent the next several years there. After moving around to different places for her father’s career, Erica and the family ultimately made Oklahoma their home.
Erica loved shopping and going to the casino. She especially loved Newcastle Gaming Center and those who knew and loved her always knew where to find her when she was out and about. She was also a proud member of the Chickasaw Tribe. Above all, Erica loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them.
She was preceded in passing by her mother, Josephine Frances Johnson; and grandparents, Jimmy Johnson, Irene Johnson, and Charles L. Fuller.
Those left to continue her legacy include her father, David Ronnie Johnson; sister, Tonya Dawn Johnson; niece, Kayla Dawn Johnson; and grandmother, Betty L. Bush.
Visitation for Erica is 3:00pm-8:00pm, Friday, October 22, 2021 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Services are 2:00pm, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Chapel at Resthaven. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Condolences may be shared at www.ResthavenOKC.com.
