Eileen was born Muriel Eileen Clason in Kingfisher Oklahoma on January 14, 1932. She went to be with the Lord on September 23, 2017 due to complications from Parkinson's disease. Eileen was the fourth child of five. She retired from the Internal Revenue Service in 1997 where she worked as a branch secretary.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence and her mother, Hattie; three brothers: Kenneth, Mitchel, and Warren; sister, Vivian; and two husbands: Cecil Hancock and R.B. Woods.

She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Coil; three grandchildren: Marsha Mutz, Bobby Brawdy, and Bonnie Houston; four great grandchildren: Cameron Graham, Ava Mutz, Tavia Stone, and Ali Brawdy.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 28 from 1pm-8pm.
A graveside ceremony will be held 3pm Friday, September 29 in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
