Eca C Hatten

Sweet Eca left this world to be with her Heavenly Father April 12, 2021. She was 87 years old.

Eca was born May 17, 1933, to Walter Frank and Mattie Hunter. In 1953, she married Howard Hatten. Together they had two daughters, Lavenia Sullivan and Leveeta Richardson. She loved the Lord and her family. Eca loved to garden and had quite the green thumb. She had many beautiful flowers and a prosperous vegetable garden. She loved the outdoors. Eca worked for SWBT and retired with 31 years of service. She was a dedicated and hard-working employee. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mattie Hunter; and her siblings, Marjorie Cox, Leola Williams, EJ Hunter and Modene Smith.

She leaves behind her husband of 68 years, Howard Hatte; her daughter, Lavenia Sullivan and her children, John Jackson Jr. and wife Liz, Eca Sullivan, Rachelle Rogers and her husband Kevin Rogers, and Lauren Sullivan; Her youngest daughter Leveeta Richardson and her husband Randy Richardson, and their children, Kelsey Richardson, Kristen Richardson, and Jacob Richardson; Her great-grandchildren Phoebe Dorman, Jaden Jackson, and Maddy Sullivan; and a great-great-grandchild Bennett Dorman.
Eca was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday April 17, 2021, 2:00 pm at Shekinah Fellowship Church, located at 412 SW 104th Street in Oklahoma City. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
