Arthur Leon Neal, age 76, passed away on May 23, 2021, at his residence in Oklahoma City.
Arthur was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Lewis James and Gladys Alice (Taylor) Neal. He married Carol McCarty on December 8, 1963. Arthur served in the OK Army National Guard from 1966-1972. He was IT Manager for Hibdon Tire Center for 20 years and after retirement, he owned and operated Affordable Golf for six years. Arthur was a deacon and active member of Emmaus Baptist Church.
Arthur was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lewis and John Neal.
He is survived by his wife, Carol McCarty Neal; son, Bryan Neal; daughter, Ginger Stevens and fiancé, Carl Cape; four grandchildren, Logan Neal, Katelynn, Nathan and Caleb Walker; great-granddaughter, Harper Walker; and one sister, Mary Cunningham and husband, Ernest.
Donations may be made in Arthur’s name to the Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox Ministry in care of Emmaus Baptist Church.
