Arnold Millican of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on April 21, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years.

Arnold Millican was born on April 29, 1941, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of Lowell and Lahoma (McCasland) Millican. He grew up in Oklahoma City graduating in 1959 from Southeast High School in Oklahoma City. He then furthered his education at Murray State College in Tishomingo and later transferred to the University of Central Oklahoma, receiving his Bachelors in Elementary Education, and later receiving his Masters of Special Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. He married Wanda White in 1969 and they made their home in Oklahoma City. He began his career as a 5th grade teacher for 5 years then began working for the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services as a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor retiring in 2003. Arnold also served in the National Guard for six years. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, word search and working in the yard, and loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell and Lahoma Millican.

He is survived by his wife Wanda Millican; one son, Michael Millican and wife Sherry; one daughter, LaWanda Yelton and husband Chris; four grandchildren, Matthew Yelton, Zachary Millican, Joshua Yelton, and Tori Millican; his brother, Ron Millican and wife Judy; sister in law; Lovella Vickery and husband Rick; two nieces, Lisa Millican, and Lori Cathy; and three nephews, Taylor Vickery, Terran Vickery, and Taggart Vickery.
