January 13, 2018 brought to a close 22 years of a life filled with love for family and friends, music, candy, Star Wars, and mischievousness for Zachary Genzer. He was born December 28, 1995 to Shannon (Simms) and Jason Genzer in Oklahoma City. Zach was a graduate of Moore High School, and he attended The University of Oklahoma. He was a compounding pharmacy technician at Lassiter Drug, where he’d worked for four years.
Zach loved going thrift store shopping with his Papa, and having weekend breakfast with his grandparents, listening to 80’s music and going to concerts with his dad, eating his mom’s homemade cookies and treats, annoying his sister Macy, and traveling with his aunts and uncles. Zach liked to impart random facts to his girlfriend Ashlynn, who called him the smartest person she’s ever known. Zach was full of more life than you could imagine, giving of his time and talents, and bringing joy to those blessed to cross his path.

Services to celebrate Zach’s life will be 2:00pm Friday, January 19, 2018 in The Chapel at Resthaven.
