If lighting one candle could bring you back, I'd light 100 a day, just so I could be able to see your face, hear your voice, and know my cousin-- "SUPERMAN MIKE", was still around saving the world in his quiet way!!! YOU ARE LOVED BEYOND WORDS, AND WILL FOREVER BE MISSED.

Deepest Condolences to the family. I was honored to call Mike coworker and friend. He never missed an opportunity to teach and loved working with kids who toured the airport. We need more Mikes in the world...irreplaceable, but he would be the last to say so.

I don't even know what to say because it feels like no words will ever do justice to describe how amazing you were or how much you are already missed. I will forever treasure the summer I spent in Oklahoma getting to know my grandma's side of the family, and I'll never forget the looks on your coworkers' faces when I marched right up to an agent at the airport and asked for you specifically. I guess all I can really say is I will always remember you and the lessons you taught me. My deepest sympathies to the rest of the family. I'm sorry I can't be there for the services.

Mike was a dear friend of mine. I have known him 10 years. We met at work, at TSA. I am so sorry for your loss. I have an idea how tough this is for you because it really make me sad. He was a great person. God gained another angel in heaven

Michael we worked around each other for many years. Always thought of you as a professional officer, great at your job, nose for the bad guys but had a sympathetic ear for those in need and always willing to take a positive step forward to make life better. You will be missed but never forgotten. RIP Brother

We send our deepest sympathies to all those closest to Mike. While we know that Mike has moved on to a better place we also know the pain felt by all whom miss sharing life with him. I really only had the pleasure to get to know Mike through mistaking sent emails. I being Michael Carlton, his name would pop up first and even members of my own team would send emails intended for me to him. It got to be a humorous back and forth between Mike and I. We occasionally talked and bounced ideas off one another as well. I have a great amount of respect for Mike and am grateful for having him a part of my life. From the entire Atlanta TSSE Team know that Mike will be missed but never forgotten. V/r

My first trip to OKC in 2002 I met Mike, and I will always remember the kindness he showed me. I was happy when he joined us at TSA and continued to contribute to thecommunity, A great guy and a huge loss to the bomb tech community.

Family,
You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one. However, remember the good times and the smiles. God thought it best to give him rest because he had passed the test. Rest on my Brother in Jesus.
