Eula was born in Dill City, OK to T.I. and Stella Hicklin. She was a homemaker and later retired as a civilian from Tinker Air Force Base. She will be remembered for her love of fishing, cooking for family, and involvement as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Eula is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy, of 62 years, her brother, Hurlin, and sister, Helen. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy VanNest; daughters, Dianne (Dave Holman), Patricia (Jack Rayburn), and her son Tom Bright (Vicky); her granddaughters, Leesa (Jeff Carel), Ashly (Galen Giddens); grandsons, David Holman (Lorien) and Kyle Bright as well as great grandchildren, Lexi, Jory, Keegan, Bryce, Ella, Monique, Jaiden and Diego.

A celebration of Eula’s life will be held 10am Monday, March 20 in the Chapel at Resthaven. Visitation will be held 2-5pm Sunday at Resthaven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any Alzheimer’s association.
