July 6, 2017 brought to a close 59 years of a life well lived for Debra "Debbie" Ann Netzer. She was born September 6, 1957 to Lolita Marie (Harrison) and Noel Wayne Fink. Services to celebrate Debbie's life will be 10:00am Friday, July 14, 2017 at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
